Use of Service

The Service provides educational materials, courses, community features, and related tools. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Service is intended for users who can form legally binding contracts in their jurisdiction.

Accounts & Security

Billing

Prices are listed in USD unless indicated otherwise. Taxes (including VAT/GST/sales tax) may apply based on your location and applicable law. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, subscriptions, renewals (if any), and any applicable taxes.

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

Promotions, discounts, or coupon codes may be offered for limited periods and may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase. We may correct pricing errors, even after an order is submitted, and will provide options if correction affects your purchase.

Refunds

If a course does not meet expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss available options. Depending on the nature of the product and your usage, options may include a refund, credit, exchange, or other resolution.

Unless required by law, refunds may be limited or unavailable for: (a) completed services, (b) content that has been substantially consumed or downloaded where applicable, (c) customized or individualized services, or (d) purchases made through third-party platforms, which are governed by that platform’s policies.

If a refund is approved, it is typically returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes, without limitation:

• Uploading, posting, transmitting, or storing illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse toward individuals or groups.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data, or probing security vulnerabilities.
• Distributing malware, spam, or running automated scraping or harvesting of data without permission.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, networks, or servers, including denial-of-service activity.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting affiliation with any person or entity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code except as permitted by law.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate access if we reasonably believe conduct violates these Terms or poses risk to users, the Service, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including course content, videos, text, designs, branding, and materials, is owned by Podcasteo Courses or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Service or content.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or distribute access or content to others.

Availability & Changes

We may update, improve, remove, or modify features and content to maintain quality, accuracy, and functionality. We do not guarantee that any specific course, feature, instructor, community area, or content will remain available for any particular period.

We may suspend or stop providing the Service (in whole or in part) and may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service. Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice of material changes.

Disclaimers

Courses and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, revenue, audience growth, or performance metrics. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, market conditions, and execution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podcasteo Courses and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Podcasteo Courses and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your content (if any), or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
